What happens if I go over 150 listings?
You can still buy Boost Packs on top, just like on Pro. We'll prompt you in-app when you're close to the limit.
How does the bulk CSV export work?
One click in your account downloads every completed listing as a CSV. If you've previously imported a CSV into FitSnap, we re-use the same column structure so the file slots straight back into your existing workflow. Otherwise you get the default FitSnap structure with titles, descriptions, brand, size, condition, price and image URLs.
Can I switch between Pro and Reseller?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial or can I cancel anytime?
Reseller is a 12-month membership — you can pay monthly (€19.99/mo) or yearly upfront (€179, save 25%), but the commitment runs for a full year. After 12 months it renews automatically and you can cancel at any time. We do this because resellers see the real ROI over a full season, not in 2 weeks.
